1. Not Financial Advice

WealthPath is a stock tracking utility, portfolio tracking interface, and compound interest simulation calculator. The content, charts, and news previews displayed on the terminal do NOT constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or SEBI-endorsed security listings. Consult a certified financial adviser before allocating money into volatile stock markets.

2. Disclaimer of Feed Accuracy

While we strive to query accurate real-time values, WealthPath relies on third-party APIs (Yahoo Finance and Moneycontrol) and XML parsing wrappers. We make no warranty regarding data precision, exchange ticker speed, or RSS article freshness. Tickers may experience typical market data feed latency.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to attempt to scrape the terminal API routes, launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against Next.js routes, or attempt to compromise Firebase database rules. Automated API request queries are limited and cached to prevent backend abuse.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or delete user record settings if we detect database integrity compromises, abuse of support form submission endpoints, or malicious security intrusion attempts.
